HelloParks, the industrial and logistics real estate development company of the Futureal Group, makes its debut in Fót

The 76-hectare greenfield investment will house energy-efficient buildings that meet the BREEAM sustainability standard, with the first facility to be completed next year. The company, which is a member of the Futureal Group, aims to become one of the key players in the industrial real estate development sector in Hungary and then in the Central and Eastern European region.
