In the neighborhood of Budapest, next to the junction of the M0 motorway and the M3 motorway, HelloParks bought its first area suitable for the construction of an industrial and logistics center in Fót.

The 76-hectare greenfield investment will house energy-efficient buildings that meet the BREEAM sustainability standard, with the first facility to be completed next year. The company, which is a member of the Futureal Group, aims to become one of the key players in the industrial real estate development sector in Hungary and then in the Central and Eastern European region.
