The pubs of Budapest in focus
Thirteen youngsters set up an unexpected record in Budapest last summer, but because of a procedural error it did not becaome a Guinness World Record. This year, they start off again!
On 11 October 2014, the team once again team up to break the Guinness world record of drinking beer in the most possible pubs within a 24 hours of time, which is failed to break in the past three years.
The current record holder is a team of Americans, consist of 13 members, the Thirsty 13. On 3 September 2011, the Thirsty 13 visited 250 pubs in New York, and one member of the group drank a half pint of beer (2.365 dl). The Hungarian team plans to visit 300 pubs and catering units.
