Hot, cold, black and colorful: the Coffee of Balaton was born at the competition of baristas
A refreshing moment – an iced coffee with lemon, orange and syrup, became the Coffee of Balaton at the Balaton Barista Competition, where the best coffee master of the region was also selected.
“I would like to offer quality coffee in the confectioneries and cafés near the Lake Balaton. Raw material is not enough, expertise, and regular maintenance of the machines is also needed” – Somogyi Zoltán Max gastroblogger from Gyenesdiás, culinary advisor and the organizer of the competition said.
