Albert Heijn Launches FoodFirst Lifestyle Coach App
Albert Heijn has launched a new app – FoodFirst Lifestyle Coach – to help customers eat better, exercise more, relax well and sleep better.
The free app offers advice, inspiration, countless health challenges, videos and exercise, nutrition and meditation schedules to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
The retailer has also teamed up with experienced coaches to help participants with a lasting healthy lifestyle change.
The app has been developed in collaboration with various experts, such as doctors, cooks, dieticians, sports coaches, and behavioural scientists.
