Important deadline: 2022 BIONYOM data service on the Nébih interface!
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) calls the attention of biomass dealers, biomass processors and fuel distributors that they must prepare and submit electronically the BIONYOM data service for the year 2022 by March 20. The web interface required for this is already available on the office’s website.
The electronic reporting interface of the BIONYOM register can be started from the Customer Profile interface of the Nébih website. Forms, information and guides related to the BIONYOM electronic data service, as well as additional useful information related to the topic, are available on the Nébih website.
About the BIONYOM data service
The data subjects must comply with this obligation once a year, by March 20 of the year following the relevant period, on the data provider interface of the public authentic electronic register (BIONYOM) operated by the office. In the case of economic organizations, the natural person with the appropriate authorization, as well as the person authorized to represent the company, is entitled to submit the annual report.
The data provision consists of two parts
• On the one hand, the appropriate data of the sustainability declarations and related commercial documentation issued and used in the relevant period must be recorded in the table for this purpose.
• After uploading the data, the relevant digitized commercial documentation must also be attached.
We would like to draw the attention of those concerned that the official forms with new data content, as well as the Data Service Excel for recording commercial data for 2022, can be accessed on the Nébih website at the link https://portal.nebih.gov.hu/ugyintezes/egyeb/nyomattvanyok#EGYEB template.
Our organizational unit, which provides official supervision of the field, can be reached at 06-1/336-9488 and at the e-mail address mgei@nebih.gov.hu.
