  METRO invited our magazine to take a look around the kitchen boxes of Bocuse d’Or competitors as part of a backstage tour. Florent Suplission, director of GE Events (the competition’s organiser) also showed us the contest’s media centre – 20,000 people were watching the European final of Bocuse d’Or online. We also had the chance to visit the Bragard tailor’s workshop and the staff kitchen.
