In 2025, HelloParks strengthened its market position in the domestic industrial real estate sector and raised the bar for sustainable industrial real estate developments. In its fifth year of operation, the company completed the largest transaction in the sector to date, significantly increased the number of areas with outstanding sustainability ratings in the country by obtaining EU Taxonomy and BREEAM certificates, and launched new developments. The PT2 and PT3 warehouses of HelloParks Páty megapark – a sustainable industrial logistics area with a total capacity of 84 thousand people – have been acquired by the ERSTE Public Real Estate Investment Fund. The transaction was described by the professional press as the largest individual transaction ever in the domestic industrial real estate market. The two, equally 42 thousand square meters of the Pátyi Hall meets the highest, “Outstanding” criteria of the BREEAM building rating system New Construction category and also meets the requirements of the EU Taxonomy. The deal is receiving professional recognition, having won the ES-TRADOR Award for Best Real Estate Investment Transaction at the 2025 Portfolio Property Awards.

In 2025, HelloParks implemented two new BigBox-type sustainable industrial and logistics buildings, totaling more than 88 thousand square meters: the 46 thousand square meter FT3 hall in Fót and the 42 thousand square meter PT5 warehouse in the Páty megapark. Thanks to last year’s developments, the total area of the halls in the company’s portfolio reached 500 thousand square meters. This will be expanded by another 46 thousand square meters in 2026 with the construction of MG4 in Maglód. The interest in energy-efficient buildings is clearly demonstrated by the fact that 79 percent of the areas with occupancy permits have already found tenants.
