The sales growth continued in April
In April 2018 like-for-like retail volume sales augmented by 4.4 percent; adjusted for calendar effects, the sales growth was 6.1 percent – reported the Central Statistical Office (KSH). Food and food-type retail sales increased by 2.3 percent and non-food sales grew by 9.7 percent, while motor fuel volume sales rose by 8.6 percent. In January-April 2018 like-for-like volume sales – adjusted for calendar effects – surpassed the previous year’s level by 6.9 percent. //
