The price fall in PENNY continues
PENNY Hungary continues to slash prices on basic household and hygiene products. Starting from May 30, the discount chain will reduce prices on nearly 40% of its chemical product range, so washing powder, fabric softener, shower gel or toothpaste can now be purchased at even greater discounts in stores. The sale will affect nearly 170 basic products in the coming weeks, and can mean discounts of up to several thousand forints per purchase from the usual budget-friendly prices.
Basic household items at even more favorable prices
Basic household and hygiene products are essential parts of everyday shopping. They also play a significant role in monthly expenses, which is also confirmed by PENNY’s purchase data: according to the discount chain’s analyses, some kind of chemical product is included in every 4th shopping basket.
“It is of utmost importance for PENNY to provide its customers with quality and budget-friendly prices at the same time. From May 30, our customers will be able to find new permanent discounts on nearly 40% of household and hygiene products, which will leave even more in their wallets,”
– said Zoltán Bálint, Head of Purchasing at PENNY.
Permanent price reduction, significant savings for households
The latest wave of price reductions will affect 17 product categories and a total of nearly 170 products, including basic household items such as washing powders, shower gels, shampoos, body lotions, toothpastes, shaving foams and tissue paper. With the price reduction, customers can save up to several hundred forints per product and up to several thousand forints per purchase, especially if they keep an eye on the discounted products.
