Auchan invests in Romania
As reported by Piata, Auchan in Romania has announced that it will open two hypermarkets, following EUR40 million worth of investments.
The first one will be opened on 15
November in Suceava, in the north-eastern part of the country,
running to 8,500 square metres. The second one will be located in the
capital city of Bucharest, with 10,000 square metres. Auchan entered
the Romanian market exactly two years ago and currently operates four
hypermarkets in the country.
