Beer is good against skin problems
The beer partakes the medical community. In Hungary, it is typically only recommended for kidney stones, while the large beer consuming nations emphasize other benefits as well. According to Czech doctors, skin diseases and sexual disorders can be cured with it. On the basis of several studies, it is also good for osteoporosis and for cardiovascular diseases. The benefits of course only apply at moderate consumption.
However, if someone is overdoing the enjoyable consumption of beer, can reach exactly the opposite effect. In large quantities beer makes the urine more acidic, which favors the formation of kidney stones.
The beer is rich in B vitamins: contains niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), riboflavin (B2), and cobalamin (B12). Furthermore it has a significant content of folic acid, which reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. [origo]
