Internet shoppers have problems especially with clothing and electronic products
Those who buy on the Internet face problems mostly with clothing and technical products – Kriesch Attila, Director of the European Consumer Centre of the National Consumer Protection Authority told M1 news channel on Saturday.
According to the director, the technical products in the webshops are often appear to be cheaper than in the Hungarian stores, so many people buy them.
In the case of clothing, it often turns out that a non-genuine product was offered for sale in the online store – he said.
He added that it is the most difficult to initate process against vendors outside the EU, in China or in the USA. (MTI)
