The focus is on local products
The National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) and the Hungarian National Rural Network (MNVH) are holding a “Local product” event in four more cities.
After the spring four in autumn – October 3-17. between – organizes a series of events entitled “Local product” at four more locations with the cooperation of NAK and MNVH, the Ministry of Agriculture, the National Food Chain Safety Office and the Kislépték Association.
The presentations at the events revolve around the topics of the Local Product Handbook published last year, focusing on the topics of its chapters
The specifics and development opportunities of the food economy, reformed food chains and food processing, as well as innovative solutions, trends and tools that can help local product producers to develop or expand their sales opportunities will be discussed. In addition, those interested can learn about local good practices and local product producers at the events. The first autumn event of the event series will take place on October 3 in Pécs. After that, the event will take place in Zalaegerszeg on October 5, Nyíregyháza on October 11, and Szolnok on October 17. Participation is free, but prior registration is required.
