Increased monitoring is expected at places selling fish
The members of the Agricultural Office (MGSZH) will increase monitoring before the Christmas holidays at places selling fish – said the Ministry of Rural Development (VM).
Some dealers do not respect the legislations, and distribute the fishes in irregular circumstances. At most of the domestic supermarkets the fishes are marketed by breaking the regulations. Both at the supermarkets and at the smaller stores fishes are hold in overcrowded tanks, the animals are suffering from lack of oxygen, and often sold alive – reports MTI.
