The European Consumer Centre mainly occurs in connection with online purchases
The most cross-border consumer complaints are in connection with online purchases and services. The European Consumer Centre this year has dealt with 260 cases. This is 60 percent more, compared to last year's comparable period – said Kriesch Attila, Director of the Centre on Wednesday in Salgótarján.
The director spoke in the course of a press conference over the European Consumer Centre's operation and experiences.
A Hungarian consumer can contact the European Consumer Centre if there is a complaint against a registered dealer from other European Union member states or from Norway and Iceland – Kriesch Attila – reports MTI.
