The summer tourist season was successful in a consumer protection point of view
This year's summer peak season was one of the most successful seasons. The inspectors found much lower consumer protection irregularities – Koszorús László, Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of National Development (MND) underlined at a press conference in Budapest.
He thought that more and more enterprises realize that they should adhere to the rules, because the returning customer is truly valuable.
The Deputy Minister of State said that the results demonstrated the success of the paradigm shift in consumer protection in the past one and a half year that business results can be achieved in cooperation. (MTI)
