A consumer protection mobile app will help travelers going abroad: The ECC-Net: Travel is available in 25 languages and helps in consumer protection problems that may occur abroad.
Kriesch Attila leader of the National Consumer Protection Authority of the the European Consumer Centre (ECC) told the M1 news channel that the application is free and can be used offline, without Internet connection to avoid the use of roaming data charges. It can be installed on mobile devices operating with iOS, Android and Microsoft Windows systems. (MTI)
