Consumer protection: complaint at products ordered through newspaper ads is frequent
There are frequent consumer complaints about products ordered through newspaper ads – Kispál Edit, spokeswoman for the National Association of Consumer Protection Associations told M1 news channel on Saturday.
There are reports that packages are incomplete, products are inadequate, but it is also common for companies to become inaccessible. The latter is also a problem because if the customers do not know where to return the product, they cannot exercise their so-called unjustified right of withdrawal. (MTI)
