Conference on the expected changes in the shopper experience
At the end of October technology analytics firm SAS organised a conference with more than 1,800 participants in Milan, Italy, titled Analytics Experience. It was revealed here that brand owners will have to transform their old customer ecosystems if they would like to keep up with the pace of development. They will need to utilise automation solutions in this, e.g. substituting expensive human workforce with smart solutions. Even more so, because according to the study, by 2030 two thirds of interactions with customers will be made using digital devices. The experts told that by 2030 four fifths of people will have no problem with the drone delivery of products ordered.
