FM: high-level consultation on the blocking of Italian imported wines
A high-level consultation is going on, on the blocking of Italian imported wines – the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) told MTI on Tuesday.
Fazekas Sándor, Minister of Agriculture announced on July 18 on the M1 news channel that 50 thousand hectoliters Italian wines were blocked by the ministry that are suspected of having sweetened and adulterated.
The case is under investigation by both the Italian and Hungarian authorities. Until further measure, the wines of the three Italian exporters can not be marketed – he added. (MTI)
