FM: Several supports to help the farmers who suffered damages

Farmers who have suffered damages will be assisted by several supports developed by the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) – the ministry told on Friday.

The Ministry of Agriculture (FM) recalled that the Mátra wine region was hit by heavy hail on May 13. The hail mainly affected the middle of the wine region. It is estimated that the hail affected at least 1000-1500 hectares of plantations. Based on preliminary estimates 30 to 90 percent of the crops lost in these areas. (MTI)
