The small and medium-sized livestock farms will be one of the biggest winners of the European Union’s budgetary cycle for between 2014-2020 and will contribute to the emergence of the Hungarian countryside – Nagy István Parliamentary Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture told in Bonyhád on Friday, at the 18th National Agricultural Forum.
Nagy István in his presentation recalled: between 2014 and 2020, the budget of the European Union's Common Agricultural Policy is 373 billion euros, 48 billion euros less than the frame of 2007-2013, but Hungary’s 12.3 billion euros is 1.9 billion euros higher than in the previous seven-year EU budget cycle.
