FM: the government supports the simplification of the Common Agricultural Policy
The government supports the simplification of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), in order to protect the Hungarian producers – the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) told MTI on Tuesday.
According to the communication of the ministry, Fazekas Sándor Minister of Agriculture attended the meeting of the EU agriculture ministers in Brussels on Monday. One of the important tasks of the meeting was the simplifying of the CAP in the future. The simpler rules would contribute to greater competitiveness and could increase the job creating power of agriculture, rural areas and trade. (MTI)
