Fine tunes on food code
The Parliament adopted the law proposal, about the prohibition of unfair distribution practices against agricultural and food suppliers, which was sent back by the President of the Republic for consideration.
The recently accepted law sophisticated at several points, compared with the version, which was returned by the President of the Republic earlier. While the former legislative text maximized the secondary contributions in 3 percent in the new formulation, only the "unreasonable" reimbursement rate of return considers to be unfair – reports Népszabadság Online.
