Ficsak: the bill prohibiting the sale of energy drinks to minors is an important step
The submission of the bill prohibiting the sale of energy drinks to those under 18 years of age is an important step, Nóra Király, the founder of the Young Families Club (Ficsak), told MTI on Thursday.
According to the announcement, Ficsak has been committed to initiating prohibitive legislation for years.
He held several forums on this issue and conducted a public opinion survey among parents, as the topic of regulating energy drinks is a socially common issue – said the club’s founder.
She added: the harmful effects of energy drinks, their extremely high caffeine and sugar content can pose a serious threat to the younger generation.
