Waberer’s is rejuvenating its fleet
Waberer’s group rejuvenated its fleet with almost 2 million euros; the company will put 45 three-axle and 5 two-axle Berger trailers into operation for its local and international transportation, Waberer’s told MTI on Friday.
According to the announcement, the company has replaced a significant part of its tractor units in recent years, and the current purchase is also a further step towards greener operations.
Berger Ecotrail semi-trailers in 3-axle design are capable of transporting loads and bridge elements heavier than 30 tons. The lower curb weight and greater load capacity indirectly contribute to the reduction of harmful emissions, more products can be transported with one shipment, and the lower weight of light loads results in lower consumption, thus contributing to the realization of the Waberer’s Group’s climate goals, they wrote in the announcement.
