Young woman in the lead of Hungarian McDonald's

In May 2010, Horváth Ágnes was appointed as the Managing Director of McDonald's Hungarian Restaurant Network Ltd..

The 36 year old Horváth Ágnes joined to McDonald's, after graduated from the Food Industrial College of Szeged in 1999, and over the past 11 years, she went through the corporate ladder with a dizzying speed. She started her professional career at McDonald's, as a restuarant manager. From 2001 as a consultant, she was responsible for seven restaurants. In 2002, she was appointed as the operations manager, from 2003, she became the senior manager who is responsible for all restaurants. Since November 2005, she managed the work of the consultants of the franchisor units. From 2006, Horváth Ágnes was responsible of the operations, purchasing, quality assurance, environmental protection and the coordinaton of the HR and training departments, which exceeded with the managing of the marketing and development sections. In 2008, Horváth Ágnes was elected into the world's top performing McDonald's employees elite society.
