Coop Switzerland saves food with sustainable private label
Coop Switzerland’s new sustainable private label, Nice-to-Save-Food, focuses on using food by-products, relying on previously neglected raw materials such as oat bran and okara from tofu and soya milk production, to create nutritious and versatile food products. Coop claims that this is the first initiative of its kind among Swiss retailers.
