HALPIM was founded in 1991 as a national not-for-profit organization. The Association’s mission statement is

- professions and – through the aboves – recognise the best opportunities to improve competitiveness in order to contribute to the economy’s better performance in Hungarry,
- to provide a quality forum for disseminating new methods and proved solutions and
