The Erzsébet-program remains
By respecting the European Court’s decisions new reasonable rules will be worked out in the Széchenyi Rest Card case that will meet the Hungarian interests – Szijjártó Péter Foreign Economic Relations and Foreign Minister said in Budapest on Wednesday.
Szijjártó Péter told that the Széchenyi Rest Card program and the Erzsébet-program need a regulation that meets the Hungarian interests and the government will not give up this intention.
According to the Court of Justice of the European Union, some elements of the Széchenyi Rest Card (SZÉP-card) and the Erzsébet voucher are not compatible with EU laws – the Court of Justice of the European Union justified in its Tuesday judgment. (MTI)
