Czech Bochemie to buy EVM

Bochemie is the market leader by producer of disinfectants, cleaning products in Czech Republik and Slovakia. With the acqusition company get the well known Hungarian brands as Bip, Ultra and WU2.

 Bochemie bought 99% of shares with
vote, more details are not diclosed. The Czech firm would renew EVM's
brands and bring its own brand Savo on to the Hungarian market.
According to company's plan other acqusition are to wait in the
region.
