Libri acquired majority ownership inthe Port.hu in, but the price is not known.

The several years of cooperation of Port.hu and Libri Book Trading Ltd. arrived to a new station, as the Libri Group acquired a majority stake in the Port.hu. The two companies have already had a rich portfolio in the Central and Eastern European cultural and media market, the parties are expecting more efficient operation from the merger – reports [origo].
