Campari completes acquisition of French distributor

Italian group Campari has completed the acquisition of Baron Philippe de Rothschild France Distribution S.A.S. From now on the company will be known as Campari France Distribution S.A.S. The EUR 60 million transaction has been approved by the relevant competition authorities.
