Acquisition transforms the employment market

One of the world’s leading human resource consulting firms, Randstad Holding (present in 39 countries), has announced their acquisition of online recruitment specialist company Monster Worldwide Inc. Monster Worldwide will keep its own name and continue to operate independently under the supervision of Randstad Holding. Randstad paid USD 429 million for one of the world’s leading employment websites.
