Chinese luxury brands are emerging
On the dynamic growing Chinese luxury market, beside the big Western brands, Chinese brands will also have a growing role in the near future – predict the researchers of the UIBE Peking University, focusing on the international economy.
The Chinese companies produce, but do not build a real consumer culture around their products. The rich Chinese choose Louis Vuitton or Gucci bags, Rolex watches to wear and they are buying Apple products. However, this trend can be easily altered in the following years. The Chinese companies do not want to miss the earning opportunities offered by the market, so they are about to develop domestic luxury brands. (MTI)
