Norbert Schobert’s company is liquidated
Pursuant to a court order that entered into force a few days ago, liquidation proceedings have begun against Free Group Zrt., the legal successor of Update, whose leader was Norbert Schobert, Blikk reports.
“The date of submission of the request to start the liquidation procedure: June 29, 2023. The starting date of the liquidation is the date of publication of this order on the Cégközlöny website, January 18, 2024.”
– can be read from the order obtained by the newspaper. This also shows that anyone who has any claims must notify the designated liquidator within forty days. The procedure starts when a company cannot pay its debts.
It has been clear for a long time that the businessman’s businesses were in trouble, the Economic Competition Office (GVH) previously fined the company for publishing the 2022 balance sheet half a year later than the May 31 submission deadline. “My goal is to cover all of Europe one day.” I want to build a global brand. It’s not just about the money, it’s about the creation and the people we managed to help in developing a normal lifestyle and losing weight, said Norbert Schobert earlier.
