Cerbona-Gabona Kft. will be liquidated

One of the youngest subsidiary, the Cerbona-Gabona Kft. of the Cerbona Élelmiszeripari Zrt. is under a liquidation proccess – the Fejér county law court published. The Cerbona-Gabona Kft. was founded in the end of 2009.

The company was established with a 4 million HUF capital. Its main activity was the wholesale of agricultural products.

Since then the parent company’s situation worsened and trying to sell elements of the remaining assets. (Népszabadság Online)
