The Gyulai Húskombinát is under liquidation

Is not a final decision but the Court of Law in Gyula ordered the liquidation of the Gyulai Húskombinát Zrt. on Tuesday – Zámbori Tibor, Vice President of the Court of Law in Gyula told MTI.

The decision can be appealed within 15 days and if no appeal occurs than the liquidation proceedings will start. Over the appeal the Gyulai Húskombinát Ltd.’s general shareholders' meeting will decide on 26 October. (Index, MTI)
