Exemption under the mall stop

The Ministry of National Economy has granted exemption under the mall stop to the Polish Echo Investment’s MUNDO District Centre planned in Zugló, which has a serious history among the planned but not realized real estate developments.

According to the company’s release, the act is targeting to monitor the new commercial projects. The investor has to demonstrate the impact of the development on the market and the environmen to the subordinate committee of the Ministry of National Economy. The Minister stated in his decision that the MUNDO project meets the requirements of a sustainable and environmentally friendly development and there is a demand for the implementation of the district center.
