FELIR identification: one year for acquiring it

As of 1 January 2015 only those enterprises will have the right to sell goods falling under the scope of Act 46 of 2008 which have a FELIR identification; the same is true for such goods’ distribution, transportation and taking over for storage purposes – informed the National Food Chain Safety Authority (NÉBIH). The FELIR number that certifies registration is already available from January 2014.
