Starbucks to accelerate its development in France
Despite the closure of stores in the US, Starbucks has announced that plans to accelerate its growth in France.
Philippe Sanchez, General Manager of
Starbucks France has said that the company has long-term plans to
operate 200 outlets in the country. Currently operating 46 outlets in
the country, 44 of which are in Paris, Starbucks has announced that
it plans to expand beyond the capital and will strengthen its
position in Ile-de-France and the Lyon area, where its two other
cafes are located. The company will also look to improve its
breakfast offering.
