Hungary’s leading residential property developer, Cordia, is launching its next development in Spain, the multi-phased 500-unit 360° by Cordia project. The premium development offers a new quality of life on the Andalusian coast, combining panoramic views from a height with contemporary architecture. The apartments being built here are an ideal choice for either a permanent residence, a second home or a secure property investment.

Following the success of its first project in Spain, the multi-award winning, luxury 116-unit Jade Tower in Fuengirola, Cordia, part of the Futureal group, is further strengthening its presence in the Spanish new housing market. The special feature of the development, which is also located on the Costa del Sol – the Spanish Riviera – in the center of the town of Mijas, on a picturesque hillside near Marbella, is its energy-efficient operation, the unique design of the buildings, the numerous amenities of the complex, and its panoramic location over the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. This is indicated by the name of the premium residential park, 360° by Cordia.

Of the planned total of more than 500 apartments, 71 homes will be built in the first phase of the development in six four-story buildings that blend harmoniously into the environment. The offer includes 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes as well as 4-bedroom penthouses. Each apartment has spacious terraces, while the ground floor homes have their own garden, and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with natural light.

“This new project is a natural continuation of our commitment to quality architecture and the well-being of our residents. Based on our previous experience, we expect that future Hungarian buyers will spend several months of the year here, using their properties as their second homes, but the apartments of 360° by Cordia are also a perfect choice for rental,”

– said Tibor Földi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cordia.
