The leaves of wild onions can only be collected in unprotected areas, in the amount of up to two kilograms per person per day for own needs – Mecsekerdő Zrt. draws attention.

The map published on the Mecsekerdő website and the “Forest Map” application, which is also available from a mobile phone, help to orientate oneself and identify different areas.

Attention was also drawn to the fact that commercial harvesting requires the permission of the forest manager. (MTI)
