Drink champagne against forgetfulness!
The consumption of one or two glasses of champagne a week can offset memory loss associated with the aging process and can delay the degenerative brain diseases, including the development of dementia – a new research shows.
About 80 percent of all champagne is made from the two black grape varieties blended with a white Chardonnay grape. Researchers found that after champagne was consumed there was a significant boost to spatial memory – the ability to recognise surroundings that enables people to find their way home – writes the Antioxidants and Redox Signalling journal.
