Today is the World Day of the Cheese. In many places, mainly in Europe, cheese is one of the main character of the dining culture.
In France for example it is consumed as almost a dessert, there is no pasta in Italy without cheese. Holland is also known as cheese country because it has grown into one of the world’s largest exporter of cheese with such well-known cheeses as Gouda or Edam.
