Feldman: the number of small producers has tripled

The government is doing a lot to provide more and more opportunities to the small producers. Due to these efforts, the number of small farmers has tripled since 2010 – the Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture said in Marcali.

Feldman Zsolt recalled at the opening ceremony of the Marcali Expo that with the dismantling of administrative barriers previously unavailable sales channels were opened for small producers, and the number of markets were also doubled that connect food producers with consumers. (MTI)
