Hungary’s best pálinka is made of blackcurrant
The Hungarian pálinka has become more and more popular and esteemed in Hungary and abroad in recent years, in addition to the government many people have done a lot to reach this – Zsigó Róbert, Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) responsible for Food Chain Surveillance said on Thursday in Budapest, at the National Pálinka and Marc Pálinka Competition.
The Minister of State considered it important to get esteem to the maker of the excellent Hungarian pálinka and to widely spread cultural pálinka consumption becoming the part of the national culture. Hungary’s best pálinka in 2014 became the blackcurrant pálinka of the Szicsek Pálinkafőzde Kft. (MTI)
