Tesco recalls black tea
Tesco-Global Department Stores Ltd. has recalled black tea from circulation due to pesticide content above the maximum limit – this can be read in the information published on the website of the National Trade and Consumer Protection Authority (NKFH) on Thursday.
The 150-gram Stockwell black tea available at the supermarket chain has the batch identifier L3629/1/150 and L3629/1/149, the best before date is 2026.06.12., and is distributed by Bastek Coffee & Tea SP.J.
Tesco has taken the necessary measures, withdrawn the affected items from circulation and recalled them from consumers. The NKFH is monitoring further measures, as well as the destruction or removal of the recalled goods – can be read in the announcement.
