Domestic gas transport is before development
The widespread of the domestic gas transportation is impeded by the infrastructure deficiencies and the high excise tax on CNG. According to the new EU directives, the Member States are required to implement improvements to facilitate gas transportion.
“By using compressed natural gas (CNG) in public transport, the air of the cities can be significantly cleaner, however, the costs of operators can be reduced significantly. Beside facilitating the widespread of gas-powered commercial vehicles there’s a strong need for the widespread of gas-powered cars” – Domanovszky Henrik, the president of MGKKE called attention.
