Positive change in the industrial output
According to Central Statistic Office the preliminary data in February 2008 the industrial gross output increased by 13.2% related to February 2007.
The index adjusted by working days rose
by 9.8%. The volume of the production was higher by 9.7% in the first
two months of 2008 than in the same period of the previous year. The
volume of industrial production in February – according to
seasonally and by working-day adjusted indices – was above the
level of the previous month by 2.3%.
